We are thrilled to present an opportunity to become a part of the Kiehl's family as a Kiehl's Skin Pro. This role focuses on meeting individual sales targets set by the management team. You will provide outstanding customer service and cultivate relationships that encourage repeat patronage. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining product presentation and upholding the brand's image while ensuring a tidy and organized retail environment.

  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in retail and/or cosmetics
  • Background in customer service
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, navigate stairs and/or ladders as needed, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; a second language is a plus
