Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team at Secure Mailing Systems Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating work activities, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and supervising the activities of workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient production.
  • Establish Methods and Schedules: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Workers: Oversee the activities of workers, provide guidance and support, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Improve Productivity and Quality: Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality, and implement changes as needed.
  • Manage Resources: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Set Up Equipment: Ensure that machines and equipment are properly set up and maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
