Key Responsibilities- Assess and recommend individualized treatments for patients in Northern Health
- Act as the primary resource for drug information, education, and expert advice to healthcare professionals
- Monitor drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy to ensure safe, effective, and rational use of medications
- Maintain accurate workload records and statistics
- Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy and current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or a combination of at least one year of hospital experience and advanced education courses
- Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged
- Comprehensive benefit packages, including extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan
- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
- Financial support for moving expenses for eligible positions

Northern Health Authority covers an area of nearly 600,000 square kilometers and offers health services in over two dozen communities and 55 First Nation's communities.
