About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Blackburn & Taylor Kidd. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat clients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team, various stakeholders, and other Occupational Therapists
  • Participate in case conferences and case management

Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Solid experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
