About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team at Truserv Professional Group Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and tenants, and maintaining accurate records of operating expenses and income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, providing regular reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload
