About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience by processing and preparing merchandise for our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare merchandise for our stores, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management
- Work collaboratively with our inventory management team to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication
