Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Clearwater Structures Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, ensuring all work meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation, including repair history and maintenance schedules.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and testing equipment.
  • Service attachments and working tools, and perform other routine maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or repair.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Welding experience and proficiency in using computerized testing equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
