Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement new ad formats that drive engagement and revenue
* Develop and maintain high-quality frontend code that meets Reddit's standards for performance, security, and accessibility
* Work closely with designers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of ad formats into our platform
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform ad format development and optimization

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with a strong focus on JavaScript and TypeScript
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable frontend code
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineers
* Strong understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility best practices
