About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pho Chu The. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements
