In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Design and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our educational philosophy.
  • Child Supervision and Care
    • Supervise and engage children in various activities, including storytelling, singing, and crafts, to promote their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
    • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and progress updates.
    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with community service providers and other stakeholders to support children's development.
  • Administrative and Reporting Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on children's progress and development to parents, guardians, and supervisors.
    • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices in child development and education.
