Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure resident care needs are met
  • Provide personalized and nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Supervise and guide care staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Perform other assigned duties to support the care team

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
  • Registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background in Dementia care is an asset
  • Cultural education and experience is an asset

The successful candidate must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Accommodations can be made for those with protected human rights grounds.
