About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installer to join our team at Perfect Gates and Fences Inc. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install high-quality fences for residential and commercial clients
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards and safety guidelines
  • Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Steel-toed safety boots and safety equipment/gear
  • Punctuality, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Reliability and ability to work as a team player
