Position Overview: The Pricing Data Specialist will ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing information within the ERP system at Cardinal Health Canada. This role involves the planning, coordination, and execution of all customer pricing modifications, additions, and extensions, guaranteeing that data remains precise and reliable. The Pricing Data Specialist will oversee the establishment, maintenance, and regular updates of all pricing agreements, vendor contracts, and customer contracts for designated accounts. This position operates on a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of pricing data within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Vendors, and Customers to ensure timely and accurate pricing setup and maintenance.
  • Address and resolve pricing issues escalated by Customer Care, Sales, Finance, Vendors, or Customers promptly.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze gross profit margins, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review rebate discrepancy reports and collaborate with Vendors to reconcile payments.
  • Perform data manipulation and analysis.
  • Support various projects and assist team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education is preferred, with relevant experience considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling large datasets.
  • Knowledge of pricing processes and methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with JDE or SAP is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure, supportive, and enjoyable work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage diverse tasks effectively.
  • Capability to lead and influence team members.
  • Familiarity with medical products and terminology is a plus.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
