Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Alarm System Technician to join our team at 2412609 Alberta Ltd. As an Alarm System Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install and repair electronic security systems, including alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
  • Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot circuit, component, and equipment faults to identify and resolve issues.
  • Calibration and Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete work orders, test reports, and maintenance records to document work completed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronic security systems installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
