About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer Lead to join our team at Getimployed. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of full stack web applications using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of developers, engineers, and technical professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  2. Full Stack Development: Lead the development and deployment of full stack web applications using modern technologies, including front-end and back-end development.
  3. Software Design and Architecture: Design and architect scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  5. Mentorship and Training: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  6. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of applications.
  7. Agile Development: Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  8. Security, Performance, and Scalability: Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of applications.
  9. Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Strong proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a minimum of 7 years in a technical leadership role.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, Angular 12-14, React. Proficient in database design and management: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
