About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Crate and Barrel. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our fulfillment processes, enabling us to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Support store management in maintaining store profitability and operational excellence, setting a positive tone for the team.
  • Drive Sales: Engage customers, share product knowledge, and demonstrate expertise to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • Communicate Effectively: Share information about promotions, offers, and loyalty programs with customers, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain Store Safety: Engage in and support store safety standards and training, ensuring a safe working environment for all associates.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Demonstrate exceptional service and company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising, and teamwork.
  • Process Packages: Process incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store, in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Stock, Distribution Center, or retail experience preferred.
  • Good reading, written, and verbal language skills (English).
  • Good communication skills, basic math.
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 65lbs; heavier product with team assist.
  • Availability to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and the days surrounding Christmas.
  • Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night.
