Position Overview

As a Room Cleaning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly sweep, mop, wash, and polish various floor surfaces.
  • Dust and maintain furniture surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Make beds and replace linens as required.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Ensure elevators are clean and disinfected.
  • Manage lost and found items responsibly.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or items.
  • Collect debris and empty waste containers regularly.
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed.
