Job Title: Physiotherapist - Lifemark NeuroLogic Physiotherapy SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark NeuroLogic Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
- Graduate of a recognized physiotherapy program.
- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Completion of orthopaedic or neurological rehabilitation courses is an asset.
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
