The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hairstyling salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of hairstylists, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Financial Management: Manage the salon's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hairstyling salon management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
