Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cast Member to join our team. As a Cast Member, you will be an integral part of providing an exceptional entertainment experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include working in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down concession stands and box offices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights
  • Ability to work in a variable environment
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset
