We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall in the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction and support to students in a Learning Assistance Centre Program. This is a long-term occasional position, covering 1.0 FTE (three sections) of prep coverage.
Responsibilities- Provide instruction and support to students in a Learning Assistance Centre Program
- Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Education degree and be certified to teach in the province of Ontario. Experience working with students with diverse needs is an asset.
