Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Ship Fast Logistics Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Develop and implement efficient task management systems to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
- Logistics Operations: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and coordinating logistics activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment of stock.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 1-2 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a variety of settings, including warehouse and office environments.
- Personal Qualities: Possess excellent judgment, flexibility, and reliability, with a strong ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
