About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
    • Package take-out food
    • Portion and wrap foods
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
    • Take customers' orders
  • Inventory Management
    • Handle and store cleaning products
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Customer Service
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
    • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
    Support for Newcomers and Refugees
