About the Role

We're seeking a talented Java developer to join our Montreal-based team. As a key member of our Agile team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design and development of new applications and functionalities
  • Define technical and functional specifications
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including effort evaluations and technology analysis
  • Guarantee high development standards through code review and unit testing
  • Support continuous improvement of development activities
  • Provide support to colleagues and mentor junior team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
  • Solid knowledge of object-oriented development in Java and Spring framework
  • Strong relational database skills, including ORMs and DAOs
  • Good knowledge of basic DevOps concepts and Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of other programming languages, including C#, PHP, Node.JS, and Python
  • Experience working in Agile and collaborative environments
  • Good communication skills in French and English
