  • The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in spearheading SAP S/4 HANA implementation initiatives, showcasing profound knowledge in procurement workflows (both direct and indirect), SAP Ariba integration, batch management, serialization, and a thorough grasp of SAP modules including MDG, GTS, EWM, IM, QM, along with data migration strategies.
  • The individual must be a strategic visionary, capable of fostering efficiency and compliance throughout comprehensive procurement operations.
  • Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Oversight:
    • Direct and oversee the Procure to Pay processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and efficiency.
    • Manage procurement activities for both direct and indirect materials within the SAP S/4 HANA framework.
  • SAP Integration and Oversight:
    • Facilitate the integration of SAP Ariba with SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth connectivity and data interchange.
    • Supervise batch management and serialization operations within the SAP environment.
  • Master Data Governance:
    • Employ SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or MDM (Master Data Management) to maintain data precision and uniformity.
  • Global Trade Compliance:
    • Establish and manage GTS (Global Trade Services) to guarantee compliance with international trade laws.
  • Warehouse and Transportation Management:
    • Lead initiatives in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), ensuring integration with Inventory Management (IM) and EWM.
    • Oversee the integration of Transportation Management with IM/EWM.
  • Quality and Production Integration:
    • Ensure Quality Management (QM) is integrated with IM/EWM.
    • Supervise production processes that are integrated with IM/EWM.
  • Data Migration Leadership:
    • Lead and manage data migration initiatives, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data.
  • A degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related discipline (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certifications are highly regarded.
  • A bachelor's degree coupled with approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience; or a master's degree with around 3-5 years of pertinent experience.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP Materials Management (covering both direct and indirect procurement and inventory management) and involvement in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) is essential. Familiarity with SAP Materials Management integration to IBP, QM, PM, SD, LE, TM, FI, CO, etc., is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience as a lead consultant with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Expertise in MM (Materials Management) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
  • Strong background in S4H Procurement, encompassing both direct and indirect procurement.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba, particularly its integration with S4H.
  • Knowledge of batch management and serialization practices.
  • Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or MDM (Master Data Management).
  • Proficiency in GTS (Global Trade Services) for global trade management and compliance.
  • Experience with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Understanding of Transportation Management integration with IM/EWM.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management (QM) integration with IM/EWM.
  • Familiarity with Production integration with IM/EWM.
  • Experience in data migration projects.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
