Your Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to clients as they navigate their recovery journey, assisting them in setting goals and achieving milestones.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized recovery plans that address their unique needs and aspirations.
- Facilitate group sessions and activities designed to promote social interaction, skill-building, and emotional well-being.
- Connect clients with community resources and support networks to enhance their access to essential services.
- Work in partnership with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
Your Qualifications
A diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a relevant field is required.
