We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team at Braven. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, adhering to Braven's culinary guidelines and recipes.
- Station Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive kitchen environment.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of food preparation, presentation, and plating to meet Braven's high standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing food inventory, including receiving and storing delivered items, and maintaining accurate records.
- Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to Braven's sanitation and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for all staff and guests.
- 1-2 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Culinary diploma or degree is an asset.
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
