We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at G MARKET LTD. as a key member of our retail operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, assign duties, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements, create work schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Education: College or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
