About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cyber Risk Engineer to work in our 24x7 Security Operations Center. As a Cyber Risk Engineer, you'll be responsible for analyzing incoming security events, conducting quality reviews, and working with our Concierge Security Teams to provide post-incident remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze log and system data from various IT systems to identify potential security threats
  • Conduct quality reviews on outgoing tickets and security engagements to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with our Concierge Security Teams to provide post-incident remediation activities
  • Collaborate with our engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and executive management teams to drive security initiatives
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a Network Admin, System Admin, Cloud Admin, or similar role
  • Deep technical competency in two (2) of the following areas: Networking, SaaS, or Cloud Security
  • Experience working in a Security Operation Center, security incident response teams, or in roles with security forensics or malware analysis disciplines
  • Knowledge of scripting tools and languages such as Python, Bash, and Power Shell
  • Great writing and speaking skills
  • Any security or IT certification such as CISSP is a plus
