Program Details: The Wealth Management Associate Program is a structured 5-month paid initiative designed to cultivate sales-oriented and entrepreneurial individuals aspiring to a career in credit-focused banking. This program emphasizes the development of essential credit underwriting and relationship management competencies.
Candidate Profile: We invite applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, or possess relevant work experience in client relationship management and financial advisory.
- Have completed coursework enabling registration with the appropriate provincial securities commission for mutual fund sales licensing.
- Aspire to build a career as a personal banker.
- Exhibit curiosity and critical thinking, thriving in dynamic environments and valuing collaboration.
- Possess a sales-oriented mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with the capacity to influence and build consensus.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in fast-paced settings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Value constructive feedback and actively seek self-improvement opportunities.
