Position Overview

The role of the Agricultural Labor Supervisor involves overseeing the daily activities of farm workers and harvesting teams. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of agricultural tasks and maintaining high standards of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Direct and manage the activities of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to farm safety protocols and bio-security measures.

Qualifications
