Job Description:

Overview: Our reputable law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join our dynamic team. We are a personable firm with a focus on team collaboration and employee engagement. With a close-knit group of 12 lawyers, we prioritize finding the right fit for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters: including contract disputes, business torts, and corporate disputes.
  • Conduct legal research: prepare pleadings, draft motions, and manage discovery.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings: mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff: to provide excellent legal services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree: from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership: in good standing.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience: in commercial litigation.
  • Strong preference: for candidates with national or international experience.
  • Excellent communication: interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Outgoing, personable: and enthusiastic about working in a team environment.
