Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Hillcrest & Parkland Players Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator Assistant will work under the supervision of a qualified Early Childhood Educator to support the development and implementation of childcare programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement childcare programs that support the development of children
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and outings
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working with children in a childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
