Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at Shabad Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our dispatchers to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods and passengers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the activities of dispatchers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and passengers.
- Prepare and submit reports on transportation operations, including metrics on on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor dispatchers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to dispatchers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in transportation or logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
