About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our Support Services Office team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and occupancy growth across our retirement residences in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy targets and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to inform business decisions and optimize sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and community partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and marketing role in the seniors' services or housing industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and occupancy growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using data analysis tools and software
