Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a vital part of our inbound sales division, focusing on larger brands from our Vancouver office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Generate and manage outbound sales lists to initiate discussions with targeted accounts.
- Inbound Lead Assessment: Respond promptly to inquiries from various channels, engaging with potential clients to assess their needs and determine the suitability of our offerings.
- Lead Development: Maintain communication with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), providing timely information and addressing their questions.
- Effective Communication: Utilize email as the primary communication tool to establish and nurture relationships with prospects, crafting personalized messages that highlight the value of our solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights on leads, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure a seamless transition of qualified prospects.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and updated records of all interactions with leads within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales development or related role within a B2B context, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.
- Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in crafting engaging emails.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and efficient management of lead data.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to surpassing performance objectives.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Experience collaborating across various teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in a rapidly growing business environment.
- Preferred: Background or degree in graphic design, packaging, e-commerce, or food and beverage operations.
