Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering customized cloud solutions to our internal RBC line of businesses.

You will work closely with application teams, providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve challenges and deploy services to the cloud ecosystem. Your expertise will help us optimize cloud infrastructure and application performance, driving cost reduction and efficiency.

We are looking for someone with a passion for cloud technologies, who is able to design and build applications in cloud platforms, and has experience with Kubernetes operators and managing production workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design cloud solutions for internal RBC line of businesses
  • Work with application teams to resolve challenges and deploy services to the cloud ecosystem
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure and application performance
  • Design and build applications in cloud platforms
  • Manage production workloads using Kubernetes operators
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms
  • Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure as code
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
