About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Comfort Night. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
    • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
    • Manage and maintain our website's content and ensure it is up-to-date and engaging
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective communication
    • Lead and mentor junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize future campaigns

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
