OUR MISSION

Executrade's mission is to empower and connect virtual assistants with businesses requiring flexible, remote support. Meanwhile, businesses receive the necessary support while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  5. Experience advising senior executives or serving as a managing executive in an early-stage organization.
  6. Proven track record in raising investor capital and supporting executive negotiations and due diligence during funding rounds.
  7. Experience collaborating with boards of directors and understanding governance principles.
  8. Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a larger, established organization.
  9. Advanced proficiency in Excel, with extensive experience in building and maintaining financial models.
  10. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

BENEFITS

  1. Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
  2. Employee stock option program.
  3. Comprehensive health, dental, and insurance benefits.
  4. Additional perks such as meals and flexible working hours.
  5. Hybrid work model with significant remote collaboration opportunities.
  6. Supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
  7. Engaging office environment with regular team-building activities.
  8. Opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission.
