Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Kamloops, BC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement holistic treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team, stakeholders, and other Occupational Therapists
  • Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students
Requirements:
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
