Job Title: Corporate Development Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Development Analyst to join our team at Gold Royalty Corp. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Manage knowledge
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Design and manage investment strategies
  • Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials
  • Collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments
  • Analyze investment projects
  • Develop public relations and promotional programs
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
