Job Summary

As an Overnight Lead at Walmart Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores during overnight hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing direction and coordination of overnight stocking activities, prioritizing tasks based on communicated objectives from the Overnight Assistant Manager and Daytime Management Team.
  • Conduct regular assessments of merchandise presentation and store appearance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that defective merchandise is properly handled and removed from the sales floor.
  • Take responsibility for store safety and security during overnight hours, managing accidents and incidents in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager.
  • Inspect assigned areas of the store to ensure compliance with security and physical facility standards.
  • Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to achieve production goals.
