**About the Job**
On Side Restoration est à la recherche d'une personne bilingue pour l'assistance eClaim afin de se joindre à notre équipe de Services de soutien à la clientèle au Québec.
**Mission**
L'équipe d'assistance eClaim a pour mission d'aider les utilisateurs d'eClaim, de soutenir l'équipe des administrateurs de projets (AP) et d'effectuer diverses autres tâches administratives.
**Responsabilités**
Le/la Services de soutien à la clientèle (assistance eClaim) est responsable de :
- Examiner, contrôler et donner suite aux demandes adressées à « eClaimhelp »
- Fournir un appui et un soutien à l'équipe des AP, le cas échéant
- Fournir une assistance pour l'utilisation des technologies, notamment en testant les nouveaux systèmes et en participant à la formation des utilisateurs
- Veiller à ce que tous les documents relatifs au projet soient exacts et téléversés dans le système de gestion des réclamations internes et externes
- Vérifier la conformité de la facturation externe, comme assignée
- Fournir des directives ou du soutien dans d'autres domaines demandés ou requis
- Encadrer et former les partenaires d'affaires à l'utilisation d'eClaim
**Compétences requises**
Le candidat idéal possèdera :
- Une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction administrative
- Une expérience préalable en matière de mentorat/formation
- Une maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook
- Une capacité à travailler sous pression, de façon autonome et en équipe
- Un grand souci du détail, tout en étant multitâches
- Une capacité supérieure à communiquer
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de l'après-sinistre (un atout)
