Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead a team of 3-10 production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting customer demands.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
