Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at CT Bakery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all practices align with company policies, procedures, and the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Policies
  2. Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify defects and areas for improvement
  3. Collaborate with production teams and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  4. Maintain Quality Control Documentation
  5. Utilize project management skills to coordinate quality assurance activities
  6. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality management system
  7. Lead the QA Team
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  2. Proven experience in quality assurance, or a related field
  3. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
  4. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Work Environment

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between our facilities as needed.
