Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their nail care needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and services.
  • Nail Services: Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail care services, including nail shaping, polishing, and nail art application.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest nail care products and techniques, making recommendations to clients and providing education on proper nail care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other beauty therapists and salon staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, such as esthetics or nail technology.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills required.
