Job Title: Beneficiary Attendant

Job Summary:

The Beneficiary Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, well-being, and safety of our residents. This includes providing hygiene and comfort care, administering medication, and responding to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including hygiene and comfort care
  • Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and codes of ethics
  • Respond to call bells and assist residents with mobility
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of resident action plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Proactively identify and report any changes in resident mental or physical health
Requirements:
  • PDSB training
  • Current CPR/AED training certification
  • Law 90 training
