About Us
With extensive experience in the fencing industry, Northwest Fencing stands as a leader in providing exceptional fencing services. Our team leaders possess the necessary training and qualifications to manage any fencing project efficiently, ensuring completion on time and within budget. We prioritize safety for our team, equipment, clients, and the environment, and our products are designed to endure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair a variety of fencing types, including wood, vinyl, and chain-link.
- Accurately measure and mark fence lines for proper installation.
- Excavate post holes and securely set posts in place.
- Drive steel posts into the ground and ensure they are level.
- Attach pickets or mesh to posts using appropriate hardware.
- Install gates, hinges, and other necessary components.
- Inspect and maintain gates to ensure they function correctly.
- Complete electronic job reports with precision.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work environment upon project completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Preferred experience in fence installation.
- Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools and power equipment.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Physical endurance to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Possession of a valid G license is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35 – 45 hours per week
