Element Fleet Management is a leading provider of fleet management solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and prioritizing people. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Front End Focus) to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our development team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that power our innovative fleet management platform. You will collaborate closely with project managers and team leads to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end features with RESTful APIs.
  • Optimize the application stack for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Contribute to a component library to ensure code reusability and maintainability.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to guarantee software quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Angular framework.
  • Knowledge of Java/C# programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, NPM, and other web development tools.
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Git and branching methodologies.
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
