Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of gaming equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on equipment performance and recommend maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of gaming equipment principles and operation to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance, diagnostic abilities, and repairs.
  • Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
